We aim to send out all orders within 1-2 working days after they are placed3. Delivery times may differ based on the shipping method selected.
After dispatch, you’ll get a tracking number by email, allowing you to monitor your package’s progress.
Please note that express and international shipping are not available at this time, and we cannot ship to PO Boxes; a physical address is required for all deliveries.

Inform us within 14 days of receipt that you plan to return an item.
Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals. Attach a note with your order number and the reason for the return.

For any faulty, damaged, or incomplete orders, contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
