Xtrafloor Power Underlay (Click Fit) – 10m x 1m

Xtrafloor Power Underlay is a proprietary, polyurethane foam, including mineral filler and polyethylene vapour barrier layer resilient underlay system specifically designed to diffuse and dissipate surface heat and also reduce impact sound transfer through Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) click floorcovering. The product helps to improve the subfloor and bridge some cracking, grout lines or surface irregularities in the subfloor.

• Each roll measures 1m (width) x 10m (length).

• No film to remove – roll out and lay

• Helps bridge some gaps and subfloor irregularities

• dB reduction with 4.5mm Flex Click is 14dB

• Enhanced heat diffusion/dissipation on increased surface temperatures

• Integrated vapour barrier, suitable on subfloor up to 90% Relative Humidity (RH)

• Thermal resistance – 0.01 m2K/W (0.10 tog or 1/10th of a tog)

• Suitable for use with Underfloor Heating (UFH)
